As the Acquisitions Manager for Southern Veterinary Partners, Krista Henson is tasked with managing our acquisitions from the point of Letter of Intent (LOI) through closing. Krista enjoys getting to know our veterinary hospital owners and helping them navigate the financial and legal diligence phases.
Krista has worked in many industries, bringing a variety of knowledge to SVP. Krista worked as a mortgage loan originator and bookkeeper for 9 years before taking a leap to work for a global company based in London as a regional office manager. While managing 11 offices in North and South America she learned the value of communication, organization and most importantly, the value of working for a smaller, more agile business.
Krista earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Birmingham-Southern College. She lives in Hoover with her family- Joe, Emmy, her dogs Rufus and Harry, and cat Alfie.
