Aaron Dolle joined SVP in 2021 as Vice President of Operations. He oversees the western portion of the company's operations and is passionate about supporting hospital teams to deliver outstanding care in their communities.

Prior to SVP, Aaron spent seven years at DaVita Inc, one of the country’s largest multi-site providers. During that time he helped grow and support teams across outpatient, inpatient, in-home, and international markets. He recently was Division Vice President for its largest acute services division, based in the US South West. Aaron began his career in management consulting where he served European government clients across strategy, operations, and national security assignments. He was also Business Development Director for a global human capital firm.

Aaron earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Political Sciences and Philosophy from the University of Bristol, UK. He currently lives in Denver, CO with his wife Liz, their daughter Aya, and their two cats, Flotsam and Jetsam.
