Southern Veterinary Partners announces the recipients of the inaugural SVP LMU-CVM Student Clinical Year Awards that will each have $25,000 applied directly towards their tuition at Lincoln Memorial University-College of Veterinary Medicine (LMU-CVM).
Southern Veterinary Partners (SVP) announces the inaugural Tuition Assistance Awards to mitigate student debt and create a path for employment with SVP following graduation for select veterinary students.
Following a screening process including interviews and on-the-job training, SVP selected two students to each receive a $20,000 Tuition Assistance Award - Samantha Rape, Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine class of 2019 and Mary Alice Haile, Lincoln-Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine class of 2019.
Southern Veterinary Partners was a finalist in the 2018 Jemison Awards sponsored by the Birmingham Venture Club. The Birmingham Venture Club’s Jemison Award program recognizes today’s high growth, high value entrepreneurs while honoring the legacy of Mr. John Jemison and other venture capital trailblazers. For over 30 years, the Jemison Award is Alabama’s most prestigious honor recognizing high quality, fast-growth companies based in the Birmingham area.

Southern Veterinary Partners (SVP) has grown past the 75 mark and as of March 12, 2019, has 76 veterinary hospitals in our network. With the recent additions of Suburban Animal Hospital in Gainesville, Florida, North Texas Emergency Pet Clinic in Carrollton and Flower Mound Emergency Pet Clinic in Flower Mound, Texas, SVP continues to expand our footprint across 10 southern states.
On May 1, 2019, Southern Veterinary Partners (SVP) grew past the 80 mark and now has 81 veterinary hospitals in our network. With the Georgia additions of Clarkesville Veterinary Hospital and Cornelia Veterinary Hospital, SVP now has 11 animal hospitals in Georgia and 81 across 12 southern states.
