Meet Crockett Knox, a Field Integration Specialist who has had tremendous growth in his career at SVP for over three years.
What is your current job title? Can you tell us a little bit about your role?
Field Integration Specialist- I have the pleasure of welcoming a new team on their first day with SVP and assisting the team and Hospital Manager in onboarding.
What about your current role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy creating new relationships every week.
Have you had any other positions at SVP before this?
Yes, I started as an acquisition Hospital Manager at Richland Animal Clinic and continued on to manage another SVP location at Nippers Corner Pet Medical Center.
How has SVP helped you in your career development?
With all the great support from Home Office and My Regional Leaders, I have honed some skills like disseminating financial reports and having crucial conversations that I didn’t have before. I have gained so much experience and knowledge that has put me in place to share what I now know.
What is your favorite part about working at SVP?
To me, it seems like no matter how big we get, SVP still feels like home and family. I love working with a great group of people that are down to earth.
What are three words to describe SVP?
Family, Caring, Genuine.
What is your proudest moment at SVP?
I would have to say receiving the Inaugural Region 2 WAG Award from individuals I respect and admire: Nicole Wick, Dr. Jay Price, and Dr. Chase Whitworth.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?
Oooh, good question. I have always wanted to go to Alaska!
If you could be one animal, what would you be and why?
Probably a dog because of the traits we share. I am semi-intelligent, I am loyal and easily trained per my wife.
Any fun facts about you that you want to share?
My die-hard love for the Chicago Cubs led me to get a tattoo of their logo on my arm.
